In Crisis
CAP’s Senior Centers connect older adults to support services, socialization, and recreation in Lancaster City and Columbia.
The centers provide a great way to help older adults stay connected to their community, spend time with peers, and participate in trips to local areas of interest.
Activities
- Daily morning snack and hot lunch
- Activities and games
- Music and art programs
- Community health education and exercise
- Cognitive stimulation including technology class, trivia, virtual trips, etc
- Educational Programming including, financial, nutritional, mental health, etc.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 60 years old and there is no cost to participate!
