Parent Navigator – Teen Fathers

Household Stability – Part-Time

The Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Lancaster County is seeking a dedicated and responsible part time Parent Navigator – Teen Fathers. Teen ELECT Parent Navigator will work alongside young fathers under the age of 21 who are enrolled in the School District of Lancaster, GED Program, or Promoting Responsible Fatherhood Program. Promoting Responsible Fatherhood Initiatives utilizes the 24/7 Dad curriculum to strengthen father and child engagement, improve employment and economic mobility and foster responsible parenting to strengthen relationships. Teen ELECT Parent Navigator will provide 1:1 supportive services and coaching to increase a young father’s confidence, competence and connection as a young parent. Prenatal – Third Grade Coordinator

Early Childhood Education – Full-Time

The Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Lancaster County is seeking a full time Prenatal Third Grade Coordinator to foster, grow, and focus on building systems and supports to improve long-term outcomes for children prenatal through third grade in alignment with P-3 Partnership Pathways project vision and goals. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks/roles at one time, and highly dedicated to the alignment of programs and practices for child prenatal to 3rd grade. Outreach to Immigrants and Refugees Advocate – Bilingual

Domestic Violence Services (DVS) – Full-Time

The Community Action Partnership’s Domestic Violence Services seeks a full-time Advocate to coordinate outreach to immigrant and refugee populations. The Advocate will perform individual case management with domestic violence survivors, and build relationships in the community with organizations already serving immigrants and refugees. Resident Assistant – 3rd Shift

Domestic Violence Services (DVS) – Part-Time

The Community Action Partnership’s Domestic Violence Services seeks a part-time 3rd shift (10 pm – 6 am) Resident Assistant/Advocate to work in the Safe House/Emergency Shelter. This position answers hotline calls provides support to survivors of domestic violence living in the shelter and maintains a safe and secure residential facility. Bilingual Resident Assistant – 2nd Shift

Domestic Violence Services (DVS) – Full-Time

The Community Action Partnership’s Domestic Violence Services seeks a full-time 2nd Shift (2 pm – 10 pm) Bilingual Resident Assistant to work in the Safe House/Shelter. The Resident Assistant provides quality customer service, answers the 24-Hour Hotline, and provides general assistance to residents living in the Safe House.
