Early Learning Coordinator

Early Childhood Education – Full-Time

The Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Lancaster County is seeking a full time Early Learning Coordinator to supervise all classroom staff in order to ensure culturally responsive, developmentally appropriate educational program including; staffing, managing attendance, responding to personnel issues, addressing performance issues, providing regular feedback to support growth and annual evaluation. Early Leaning Coordinator responsibilities include educational program, personalized supports, family engagement, health & safety, collaboration & leadership, and other job – related duties as assigned. Children’s Advocate

Domestic Violence Services (DVS) of Lancaster County – Full-Time

Community Action Partnership’s Domestic Violence Services Program (DVS) seeks an energetic and creative individual for the position of FT Children’s Advocate, based in the DVS Safe House. The Children’s Advocate provides direct services and education to parents and child victims of domestic violence. The advocate also assists with domestic violence and dating violence programming in the community. Hours are flexible: 1:00pm – 8:30pm M-Th, and 9am-4:30pm F. Re-entry Coordinator

Administration – Full-Time

The Re-entry Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations and coordination of the services for individuals who have been incarcerated and returning to the community. The Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Chief Impact Officer and be a member of the Program Leadership Team. The Coordinator will provide leadership and support to the Lancaster County Reentry Coalition. The Coordinator must be able to thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while managing the needs of customers, interns and community members. Birth to 3 Lead Teacher

Early Childhood Education – Full-Time

The Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Lancaster County is seeking a dedicated and energetic, full-time Birth-3 Lead Teacher responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.

B-3 Lead Teacher must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engages and encourages succeeding. The teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns. CAPital Construction Laborer

CAPital Workforce – Full-Time

CAPital Construction is part of CAP’s workforce development initiatives. CAPital Construction program works with partners to renovate houses while also providing opportunity for individuals with barriers to employment to engage in the construction field. The CAPital Construction Laborer’s primary responsibilities include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, various uses of tools, following supervisor’s instruction and assisting the foreman.
