CAPital Construction Laborer

CAPital Workforce – Full-Time

CAPital Construction is part of CAP’s workforce development initiatives. CAPital Construction program works with partners to renovate houses while also providing opportunity for individuals with barriers to employment to engage in the construction field. The successful candidate will assist in implementing practices in accordance with program guidelines and Head Start initiatives. This position is part of the Head Start teaching team that has primary classroom placement. Main role is to support the Lead Teacher and the children I the classroom.
