Domestic Violence Services – Full-Time

The Community Action Partnership’s Domestic Violence Services seeks a full-time, bilingual (English and Spanish) second shift, Resident Assistant to join the team in our Safe House. The individual provides quality customer service, answers incoming hotline calls and text messages, greets visitors to the building, and provides general support and resources to program participants. Re-Entry Resource Liaison

Lancaster Re-Entry Coalition – Full-Time

The Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Lancaster County is seeking a dedicated, full-time Re-entry Resource Liaison to work with individuals returning from incarceration to their communities, who have short-term needs such as housing, food, clothing, relational support, income, employment, etc. The individual being served is the leader, and the Liaison’s role is to serve, support, and guide that leader in reaching greater levels of stability. Warehouse Worker

Warehouse – Full-Time

Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County is seeking a full time Formula Warehouse Worker to perform duties related to the efficient and accurate processing, picking, packing and shipping of orders for special formula.  Load and unload donated food and assist in assembling donated food for pick up by food pantries and feeding programs.  CAP offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

The Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Lancaster County is seeking a dedicated and energetic, full-time Birth-3 Lead Teacher responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. B-3 Lead Teacher must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engages and encourages succeeding. The teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns.
