Happy Fall Friends!
As the seasons begin to change and Halloween is right around the corner, this year the Engagement CAPtains invite you to celebrate with us on Friday, October 30 at 5:00 pm! We encourage you to wear your costumes, bring a drink and join us virtually for some fun and games.
Costumes:
This year we’re asking everyone to submit a photo of their costume to marketing@caplanc.org by 1:00 pm on Friday October 30
for a chance to win a prize!
This year’s categories are:
- Most Creative Costume
- Most Fun Costume
- Best Group/Team Costume
- Best Family Costume – invite your families to participate
- Most Social Costume – winner will be determined by social media
Although there is no runway catwalk, we also encourage and invite you to send us a video of you strutting your stuff and we’ll compile a video of everyone together!

Grab your pumpkins and carvers! We’re having a Pumpkin Carving Contest. Submit photos of your carved/decorated pumpkins and we’ll have the CAP staff vote for their favorite!

Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Domestic violence impacts millions of people each year, but it can be prevented. It requires the collective voice and power of individuals, families, institutions, and systems – each whose “one thing” adds a valuable and powerful component to transforming our communities.
