EITC for CAP

CAP is approved to accept EITC contributions as a Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Organization (PKSO) to provide scholarships for families experiencing economic challenges to enroll their children in early learning programs at CAP.

Business Qualification

Pennsylvania-authorized businesses subject to Personal Income, Capital Stock/Foreign Franchise, Corporate Net Income, Bank Shares, Title Insurance & Trust Company Shares, Insurance Premium (marine exclusions), Mutual Thrift, Malt Beverage, and/or Surplus Lines taxes.

Application Process

  • May 15 – Businesses renewing their 2-year commitment and businesses in the middle of their 2-year commitment
  • July 1 – Initial business applicants and businesses wishing to submit an additional application
