Reentry Connections

Building Success Through Relationships & Resource

Reentry Connections goal is to treat each reentrant with dignity and value as well as provide the support and connection to services and resources needed for reentrants to succeed. Our primary focus is helping meet the immediate needs as the individual transitions and works to stabilize back into their community throughout Lancaster County.

A reentrant is an individual who will be released or recently released from a county jail or state correctional facility back to their Lancaster community.

If you are an agency or organization that knows of a reentrant, please fill out the form below and a member of our team will be in touch.
