Andy Godfrey

Andy Godfrey (he/him) serves as the Vice President of Education at Community Action Partnership (CAP), where he oversees all early childhood programming. His leadership is rooted in building strong, welcoming, and inclusive learning communities for children, families, staff, and the broader community.

Before joining CAP in 2025, Andy spent 32 years in public education, serving as an elementary teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent in both Pennsylvania and California. He is honored to serve the Lancaster community and is deeply committed to expanding high‑quality early childhood learning opportunities for the families’ CAP supports.
