In Crisis?

Food Pantry

At Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County, food is more than a basic need — it’s a connection point for dignity, care, and community. Through the Crispus Attucks Community Center, neighbors across Lancaster City can access free, welcoming food resources designed to nourish both body and spirit. From hot community meals shared around the table to a choice pantry that allows families to select foods that fit their needs, every offering is rooted in compassion, respect, and equity.

Each week, the Center opens its doors for free community meals where anyone is welcome — no registration, no barriers, just a warm meal and a place to gather. Twice each month, the Crispus Attucks Food Pantry provides fresh and shelf-stable groceries through a participant-choice model, empowering neighbors to choose foods that work best for their households and dietary needs.

These programs continue the Center’s long-standing legacy of advocacy, cultural connection, and caring for the Lancaster community.

Partner Food Pantries

One of the cornerstones of our food justice efforts is our partnership with local pantries throughout Lancaster County. We understand the vital role these pantries play in serving their communities, and we actively collaborate with them to extend our reach and impact. By working hand in hand with these invaluable partners, we ensure that our resources and support are distributed efficiently and effectively, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing food insecurity.
