We believe access to high-quality early education plants the seeds to a thriving future for children in the Lancaster community and allows peace of mind for families that the emotional, social, and intellectual well-being of their littlest ones is being nurtured.
Thrive to Five
Thrive to Five is a birth-5 aligned program that provides high-quality learning experiences for infants through Pre-K.
Our services prioritize children and families experiencing vulnerable conditions through differentiated programming that supports families toward economic prosperity. We provide home-based and center-based services with extended day options. Our services align with a two generation (2Gen) approach of supporting the caregiver and child on their journey to a thriving future.
Parents As Teachers
Parents as Teachers is an evidence-based home visiting model that promotes the optimal early learning and health of children by supporting and engaging parents and caregivers. The program provides services to families with children from prenatal through kindergarten entry. Families receive personal home visits, child screenings, group connections, parenting workshops, and referrals to community resources.
Teen ELECT Parenting Program provides prenatal and postnatal services to pregnant and parenting teens and young adults enrolled in the School District of Lancaster.
ELECT staff walks alongside students providing practical supports to help students complete their high school education, gain economic independence, and become effective parents.
