Cenita Richardson

A native to Philadelphia, Cenita Myers Richardson, serves as the Chief Personnel Officer at Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County (CAP). Cenita has dedicated many years of service as a professional in the field of human resources and the employee experience.  Six of those years where built serving the needs of CAP, encapsulating all aspects of human resources including; talent resourcing, health management and policy compliance, just to name a few.  Cenita is an active member of the National SHRM Association, as well as the local Lancaster Chapter and holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Leadership from Eastern University, St. Davids, PA.
