Francine Childs

With over 20 years of experience in local nonprofit leadership and volunteer work, Francine has been squarely rooted in community service, and continues through her role as VP of Finance at Community Action Partnership.  She strongly believes meeting the needs of the Lancaster community with compassion, integrity and diversity to involve and include all.  Francine has lived in the Lancaster community for over 50 years.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from  Western Governors University, and is currently participating in Work Wisdom’s Leadership Academy.  Francine loves the challenge of nature hiking and jewelry making and how it feels to accomplish something both large and small.
