A lifelong Lancastrian, Kristy Aurand (she/her) serves as the Chief Development Officer at Community Action Partnership of Lancaster where she works to fundraise and friendraise to support the organization’s mission. In the past, she held roles at the Lancaster Chamber, the Lancaster Barnstormers, and Lancaster Newspapers. An active volunteer, Kristy serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO), she coaches youth cheerleading for the Lancaster Recreation Commission, and she is a member of the Lancaster Chamber’s Annual Dinner advisory committee and the American Lung Association’s national lung cancer caregiver advisory group. In 2021, she was recognized as one of the Central PA Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” honorees, and she holds a degree in government & political affairs from Millersville University.
