Sheldon Kepiro is the Director of IT. He serves on the leadership team and is charged with the creation of strategic IT initiatives that align with CAP’s culture and long-term goals. He works closely across the organization to deliver innovative programs and services that better serve our participants, clients, customers, and staff. He is responsible for CAP’s IT infrastructure that support applications, data, research support, teaching and learning, user support, infrastructure, and information security.
Sheldon leads Empower Lancaster, a collaborative movement powered by Caseworthy software that supports low- to moderate-income Lancastrians on their journey toward self-sufficiency through data-sharing, custom goal-planning, automated eligibility determination, and advanced reporting.
Sheldon received his Bachelor of Science from Elizabethtown College and Associates from York Technical Institute. Sheldon is married and the father of two children. When not at work, he volunteers to coach his son’s soccer team.
