You’re Invited to Speak Up!

In accordance with 7 C.F.R. § 246.4(6), the Department of Health, Bureau of Women, Infants and Children (the “Department”) has scheduled the following three (3) Public Comment Sessions to provide the general public an opportunity to comment on the development of the 2024 State Plan for the Pennsylvania Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (“WIC” or “WIC Program”).

Public Comment Schedule

Please note that these Public Comment Sessions are for the public to share their opinion with the Department; the Department, itself, will not be presenting any material. The Sessions will be recorded. If you choose to participate you are consenting to being recorded.

These Public Comment Sessions are subject to cancellation without notice.
