Host Your Next Event at Crispus Attucks 

Looking for an affordable, welcoming space in Lancaster for your next gathering? The Crispus Attucks Community Center is available to rent for meetings, celebrations, community events, workshops, trainings, and more. 

Complete the reservation request form below to check availability. Our team will review your request, confirm availability, and send an online invoice if your reservation can be accommodated. 

Rental Information 

Rate: $60 per hour 

Minimum Rental: 4 hours 

Available Rental Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM 

Please include your setup and cleanup time within your reservation. 

Rental Cost Examples 

• 4 hours: $240 

• 5 hours: $300 

• 6 hours: $360 

Security deposits are separate from the rental fee. 

Deposits 

Booking Deposit 

A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit is applied toward your total rental balance. 

Refundable Security Deposit 

A $100 refundable security deposit is required with every rental. It will be returned after your event once the space has been inspected and all cleanup requirements have been met.

What’s Included 

Your rental includes access to: 

• 6 round tables (seating for up to 10 each) 

• 8 rectangular tables (seating for up to 8 each) 

• 80 black metal folding chairs 

• Two restrooms 

• Central air conditioning 

Please note: Kitchen access is not available. 

 Capacity 

Depending on your preferred layout, the space can accommodate: 

• Up to 60 guests using round tables 

• Up to 64 guests using rectangular tables 

• Mixed table layouts are available 

When submitting your request, please include your estimated guest count and preferred room setup. 

Parking 

Free on-site parking is available in the upper and rear parking lots (approximately 10–12 spaces). Additional street parking is available nearby.

Tours are available based on staff availability. Simply select “Yes” on the reservation form and include a few preferred days and times. 

Rental Policies 

To help keep the facility welcoming for everyone, renters are expected to: 

• No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted on the property. 

• Place all trash in the proper receptacles. 

• Return all tables and chairs to their storage racks. 

• Sweep floors and clean up any spills before leaving. 

• Leave the facility in the same condition it was found. 

Failure to follow these guidelines may affect the return of your security deposit.
