EITC for Your Business
Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) is a Pennsylvania tax program that allows businesses to redirect their state tax liability to support the work of approved nonprofit organizations.

EITC for CAP
CAP is approved to accept EITC contributions as a Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Organization (PKSO) to provide scholarships for families experiencing economic challenges to enroll their children in early learning programs at CAP.

Business Qualification
Pennsylvania-authorized businesses subject to Personal Income, Capital Stock/Foreign Franchise, Corporate Net Income, Bank Shares, Title Insurance & Trust Company Shares, Insurance Premium (marine exclusions), Mutual Thrift, Malt Beverage, and/or Surplus Lines taxes.

Application Process
- May 15 – Businesses renewing their 2-year commitment and businesses in the middle of their 2-year commitment
- July 1 – Initial business applicants and businesses wishing to submit an additional application
