Food access is community health. When our neighbors have consistent access to nutritious food, they are better positioned to live healthier lives, support healthy children, and prevent and manage chronic conditions.
Building on years of collaboration, this next chapter will strengthen the food access network through greater coordination, shared resources, fresh food recovery, and stronger connections to SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, and other essential resources.
At this special gathering, we’ll unveil the vision and action plan for the next chapter of Hunger Free Lancaster County and bring together partners from across the county who are committed to creating a stronger, more equitable food system.
